UMCOR ONE GREAT HOUR OF SHARING-  Special offering will be collected next Sunday, March 14.

 

MULTI MINISTRY CENTER CLOSED - March 13 - 19.  The MMC (Multi Ministry Center) will be painted March 13-19 and will be closed to all activities during those days.

 

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME - Begins next Sunday,March 14, 2010.  Don’t forget to “spring forward” your clocks Saturday night.

 

FAMILY DINNERS - Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m., February 24 - May 5 - Coming soon - the weekly menus will be posted on our website calendar.  Go to the calendar and click on Family Dinners.  Volunteers are needed to help prepare and serve dinners.  Contact the church office at 837-2230 if you can help.

 

UMW EXECUTIVE MEETING - March 9, 7:00 p.m. Wesley Room. 

 

RED CROSS BABYSITTING CLASS - Saturday, April 10, 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Wesley Room.   This  class is offered to youth ages 11-15.  Cost is $35.  The deadline for paid registration is March 30.  It will be followed by the Teen Safe Sanctuary Training, 3:30-4:15 p.m.  Register by contacting Karen Tennant at #837-3139 or karen@lithopolisumc.org.   

 

PRAYER NOTES - Due to confidentiality and privacy concerns, please be sure that the person to be prayed for or that’s person’s immediate family has given permission for their name to be placed on our email prayer chain or bulletin prayer list. 

 

CARE & CONCERN CARDS - Shalom Circle has care and concern cards available in the Welcome Center  to send to those who need our prayers.  Limited selection of handmade cards for all occasions.  Proceeds donated will go to help church expenses.  Thank you for your support.

 

CANAL WINCHESTER FOOD PANTRY - The Canal Winchester Food Pantry has identified a need for FRUIT (canned or otherwise preserved containers) to help folks balance their meal selections.  Donations can be dropped off in the grocery cart located in the Welcome Center or at the Food Pantry - 80 West Columbus St., downtown Canal Winchester.  

 

RADA CUTLERY - The Dorcas Circle is selling Rada Cutlery.  Order forms and information in the Welcome Center.
